
Five data files for Stata:

1) oneshot_NM: data for the one-shot no-bonus treatment.
2) oneshot_LMHM: data for the two one-shot bonus treatments (LM and HM).
3) repeated_NM: data for the repeated no-bonus treatment.
4) repeated_LMHM: data for the two repeated bonus treatments (LM and HM).
5) automated_suppliers: data for the two automated supplier treatments.



Variables and Descriptions

1) Period: decision period
2) CyclePeriod: period within a cycle (only applies to repeated treatments)
3) Cycle: cycle number (only applies to repeated treatments)
4) F: fixed payment
5) B: bonus
6) Buy: 1 if retailer chose to buy, 0 if no buy
7) High: 1 if supplier exerted high effort, 0 if low effort
8) Quality: 1 if high quality was received, 0 if low quality
9) Reject: 1 if supplier rejected retailer's offer, 0 if accepted
10) isRetail: 1 if subjects is in role of retailer; 0 if supplier
11) alpha: value of alpha (0, 0.7, or 0.9)
12) SubjectID: subject ID within data file
13) ClusterID: session ID within data file
14) specific_risk: total number of "risky choices," out of 12, in lottery choice exercise.
